ideal for optometrists, surgical assists, and locums
who don't have their own accredited submitter or
those people who just want to fax or email their
claims in and be done with it.
There are no monthly minimum fees, no percentage charges, no limits. Simple fee based on a per claim - line basis

If you need to get a new business arrangement number to use with us as your accredited submitter, download form 913 and send it to Alberta Health & Wellness after completing it.
If you have an exisitng business arrangement number that you want to assign for use with us then download form 2096 and fax or mail it to us. We will complete it and forward it to Alberta Health & Wellness.
